SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We ship all orders from our Dallas Texas office Monday through Friday. Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days (M-F) of the purchase date. If an order is placed after 1PM Central Time on Friday, it will be shipped the following week. Please note processing times may take longer during holiday seasons and specific sales and promotions. Here are three handy tips for shipping:

  1. Before confirming your order, make sure your shipping address is correct.
  2. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive this email.
  3. Always plan ahead for shipping so your delivery arrives at the correct address in a timely manner to meet your needs, especially during holidays! Remember that mail carriers do not count Sunday or holidays as delivery dates.

We offer free shipping on all US orders over $35 via USPS. For orders below this threshold, you will be charged a fee for shipping and handling. Fedex is available for faster shipping at an additional charge from the dropdown menu. Orders being shipped to P.O. Boxes, APOs and FPOs will only ship via USPS and are not eligible for express shipping methods.

We offer international shipping via USPS to most countries. Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country.  The agency will notify the recipient by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges so the shipment can continue to its destination. We have no control over this and are not responsible for any additional fees. 

We package your order and hand it to a third party courier for delivery. If your package is lost or stolen in transit or upon arrival, Mojo does not take responsibility for it. All claims must be made through the carrier your package was shipped with.

If you would like to add insurance to protect your order from theft, loss, or damage, please send us an email at talk@mojosupplycompany.com and we will quickly give you a quote. While this additional coverage is optional, it’s highly recommended to protect your order during shipping.

We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days after the delivery date; please contact us to initiate a return. Please include the unworn jewelry with the complete original packaging. At this time, we do not offer exchanges but we will promptly process your return so you can order what you want. 

Regarding shipping, USPS First Class offers the lowest rates for return; we are not able to refund return or original shipping charges, if applicable. Please allow five business days for your return to process from the date we receive it. We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit on the way to our facilities; please consider adding insurance to your package and keep the tracking number so we can monitor the status should any delivery service have delays.

Personalized orders of handmade jewelry custom made with unfinished chain, and unfinished chain that has been cut to order are final sale and cannot be returned. In the case a return is attempted, the package will be returned to the original address. 

Note, if our quality control team deems that your item is worn, we cannot process your return. In this case, we will send you an email with follow up steps.
